Felistus Ndawi Gurajena is the General Manager for Prime Seed Co Zimbabwe. She joined Seed Co group in December 2006 as the Group Accountant. Over the years, she has held the roles of Group Treasurer and Finance Director. She became Finance Director Zimbabwe in June 2012, a position she held until February 2020 when she was appointed General Manager for the Vegetables seed business- Prime Seed Co. Felistus trained for Articles of Accounting with KPMG chartered accountants between 2000 and 2006. She holds an Honours in Accounting Science and a Masters in Accounting Science both with the University of South Africa. She also holds a Certificate in International Cash Management with the Association for Corporate treasurers (UK) and is a Certified Financial Planner and Analyst with the Association for Finance Professional (AFP USA). She has been an external exam developer with this American institution for the past four years. Felistus is currently also a Commissioner with the Competition and Tariffs Commission where she currently holds the position of Deputy Chairperson of the board. In addition, she is a board member for the AFC Land and development Bank of Zimbabwe. In 2018, she birthed her new events hiring business called Life Celebrations which has grown from catering for small intimate events to full blown large weddings and other events. The business now owns its own beautiful functions venue in Goodhope Harare. Life Celebrations is a one stop events service provider which offering a functions venue, event furniture, equipment, décor and catering.
